The CAB is a network of LinkedIn’s key customers who provide insights on hiring trends, product usability, and future innovations. My task was to create a visually engaging and strategically structured deck to support virtual discussions, present LinkedIn’s vision, and capture meaningful customer feedback..

The Challenge

Senior HR and talent acquisition leaders expect presentations to be clear, insightful, and to the point, without unnecessary distractions. The deck had to maintain LinkedIn’s brand identity while allowing for interactive discussions, and it needed to strike the right balance between being informative and engaging. Since the meeting was virtual, the design also had to ensure clarity across different screen sizes and devices, preventing information overload while keeping participants engaged.

The Solution

To tackle these challenges, I implemented a clean and structured design that reinforced LinkedIn’s branding, using a well-organized layout, consistent typography, and a professional color palette. I transformed complex data points into easily digestible infographics, charts, and visual elements that enhanced comprehension and retention. The use of interactive elements, such as discussion prompts and structured question slides, encouraged participation and made the virtual experience more engaging. Close collaboration with the LinkedIn team allowed me to refine the content, ensuring that each slide communicated its message effectively while maintaining a polished and cohesive look.

The Result

The final deck successfully guided the CAB discussions, allowing LinkedIn to collect critical insights from global Talent Acquisition leaders. The structured presentation ensured smooth communication and enhanced engagement, directly contributing to LinkedIn Talent Solutions’ strategic direction.
