Golden Valley Residences required a full set of print and digital marketing materials to support its sales campaign. My role was to lead the creative direction and design of the main brochure, floor plan inserts, and promotional pieces that would be distributed through private showings and high-profile real estate events. These materials needed to exude elegance and credibility while effectively showcasing the property’s key selling points.
