The Myanmar Employer Awards celebrates outstanding achievements in HR and workplace excellence across the country. For the 2019 edition, I was responsible for crafting the visual identity and producing all creative assets to elevate the event’s presence. This included designing digital and print collaterals, scripting and editing promotional and recap videos, and creating motion graphics and visuals for the awards ceremony itself.
The Challenge
The main challenge was to uphold and enhance the prestige of the awards while ensuring consistency across a wide range of formats—from video content to stage backdrops and printed programs. Each asset needed to feel cohesive, premium, and tailored to a diverse audience that included top executives, HR professionals, and multinational companies.
The Solution
I developed a unified creative direction rooted in sophistication and celebration. Elegant branding elements were applied across every material, while the promotional and recap videos combined cinematic visuals, interviews, and narrative pacing to capture the scale and spirit of the event. The collaterals and staging were meticulously designed to reinforce the award’s elite status and deliver a memorable experience for attendees and sponsors alike.
